LIVE Project: Business Development Lab
An experimental project for a sample of small and medium-sized Marche enterprises hit by the earthquake. The goal is to assist them in the processes of marketing, digitisation and innovation management. Funding will come entirely from Fondazione Marche and Fondazione Aristide Merloni.
Programmed to take place throughout 2017, the initiative is entitled “Business Development Lab” and the task was entrusted to LIVE – the “Laboratorio Intangibles e Valore Economico” of the Polytechnic University of Marche. Selected consultants will analyse corporate strategies, pinpoint critical weaknesses and strengths of enterprises, to then build individual support paths. An “injection of innovation and managerial capacity” for the transfer of operating strategies and work methods to enterprises so that they can back to the market as quick as possible and compete on an equal footing with their national and international competitors.
The work involves a sample of about 20 enterprises from the Ascoli, Macerata and Fabriano areas:
